I had similar fears and doubts when I first started taking my medications to, and I wont lie to you, the first week or so of taking them aren’t easy. You worry, you doubt, question it…but the important thing to remember are things that help you diffuse the situation otherwise.

But what I can also offer is that the medications can help, they balance out the chemicals in your brain and make it easier for you to deal with it.
There’s nothing to lose about giving them a shot, and if after two months you decide you feel no different, return to your doctor and seek an alternative route. Or talk to a therapist or psychiatrist about your concerns regarding these drugs, or how you feel they effect you.
